How do you control the moisture content of sesame seeds?
We implement full-process moisture control for sesame seeds. Raw materials are inspected at intake. Low-temperature drying is applied to reach target moisture. Sesame is fully cooled prior to packing. We store products in humidity-controlled warehouse with periodic sampling. Final moisture check will be done before delivery. Moisture-proof packaging and container desiccants are used to avoid moisture regain during transit, ensuring sesame moisture meets your specification.

How can you ensure the stable supply of sesame raw materials?
We have purchasing team from local and also China to stay in these areas where cultivating sesame and other crops to have stable production and inventory management to ensure that sesame raw materials can be continuously supplied during the contract period to avoid supply interruptions or quantity fluctuations affecting our production plans and market supply.

How do you do the quality control to ensure so big quantity with same qualification?
We adopt batch management for mass production. Every lot is sampled and tested at each processing stage, including raw material inspection, in-process check and pre-shipment final test. We use standardized production lines and stable drying & sorting parameters to keep consistent quality. All test records are kept for traceability.

Do you have your own lad to do the test?
Yes, we have our own laboratory for conducting routine tests such as moisture content, acid value, and oil content. If you need official certification testing, we also collaborate with qualified third-party laboratories.

What is your lead time after order confirmation?
We usually deliver the goods within 7 days. For custom-made products and large orders, the delivery will generally be completed within 15 days depending on the specific circumstances.

What modes of transport can you provide?
The goods of the entire container are transported by sea, while samples and small batch trial orders are usually dispatched by air express. We also offer the service of delivering the goods to your warehouse in China for free.

What is your payment term?
We do many terms, for bulk order, TT, LC, DP. For small sample order, PAYPAL is also workable.
